BSS are a 5-star consultancy firm. We engaged their services on a contract basis initially for 3 months however did not hesitate to extend further given how supportive they were. Lisa has been simply outstanding. She has extensive experience and an affinity to unpack the core issues, working then with all stakeholders to develop robust procedures and systems to ensure not only compliance but a considered end-user experience. Beaumont Solutions did a Gap Analysis on our business so that we could work out where we were at. It was incredibly helpful. We then engaged them to assist us for the next 12 months to bridge the gaps. They were always available to us, helpful and showed a high level of expertise in the WHS field.
